Safe
This CyberFlix is a web page: there is no APK to sideload, no permissions to grant and no account to create. It remembers your list, your viewing country and your episode marks, in your own browser; the privacy page lists them.
Legal
Every title plays on a licensed service chosen from its Watch now list, in that service's own app or website.
IPTV
Searches for "cyberflix iptv" usually come from people setting up a TV box. The service apps on the Watch now list are the reliable way to watch on it.
